Success of 1st Partners’ Conference in Portorož
In 2018 Ink Conferences organized an international conference for a global car rental platform, bringing over 100 delegates together in Portorož, Slovenia. The participants gathered to discuss future trends in mobility and travel industry and enjoyed an inspirational speech by Alen Kobilica, a worldwide successful model who lost his sight and found new inspiration in Paralympic sports.
Ink Conferences carefully listened to organizers needs and provided for the entire scope of professional conference management services, including registration, accommodation and program management, event logistics, assistance with marketing and branding as well as financial management of the conference. After the meeting, the attendees enjoyed an excursion to the Slovenian Karst region, tasting Slovenian olive oil and wines and enjoying vintage van ride through vineyards. The conference ended with a gala dinner and celebration at a privatized venue on the Adriatic coast.
